Thanks for asking this question via the forums. There is no way of stopping the stream via EMP after the event has completed, therefore you could use either of these two methods.
Firstly, append a blank slate to the end of the live feed when the event has completed. That way the customers simply get a blank display.
Alternatively, again after the live event has completed update the output URL in EMP and assign an IP to the whitelist. Any client IP not in the whitelist will then display a 403 message when they request the stream.

Thanks very much for your help. This helps but it'd be great to add a "cleanup" functionality in the future.
