=>Open a Support Case: Visit the AWS Support Center. Sign In:
=>Sign in with your AWS account credentials. Create a New Case:
=>Click on "Create case" and select "Account and billing support". Fill in the Details:
=>Provide detailed information about the issue, including the error message and error code (500), and any steps you have already taken to try and resolve the issue. Submit the Case: Submit the case and wait for a response from AWS Support.

- Click on Create case and select Account and billing support.
- Provide details about the issue, including the error code (500).
- Submit the case.
