可以尝试创建新的VPC，避开您的IDC的IP地址段。尽量不要重叠， 如果确实改不了IP range的话可以在本地配一个NAT-T。可以参考https://aws.amazon.com/cn/blogs/networking-and-content-delivery/connecting-networks-with-overlapping-ip-ranges/
