I am the root user of my aws account ann when I try to create a sagemaker deployment project. I get this error. "You are not authorized to use the Amazon SageMaker project templates. Please contact your administrator to authorize you to use them."

I have the following permission in my execution role because I use the (Set up for single user (Quick setup)) to create the domain. ExecutionRole permissions: Enter image description here

I don't still know why I am not authorise to use the Amazon SageMaker project templates.

Please check if the execution role of the user profile, and confirm that it has "AmazonSageMakerFullAccess" permission. In my case, I was able to see templates by adding that permission to the execution role.
