Can't delete a system-reboot event assigned by aws to an EC2 production instance

0

AWS automatically assigned a reboot event to a Windows EC2 instance used in production, and scheduled it for a nice monday afternoon. I tried all the official guides to at least postpone it to midnight, but the command in the "Actions" menu is disabled.

How can I proceed? :/

Just reboot the EC2 wherever you want, and the reboot event disappears afterward.

So essentially, you have up until that "nice monday afternoon" to reboot it 😊 otherwise, they will do it for you.

Hope it helps!
