Hi,
The above answer is incorrect. The 500 number is for the maximum recipients in a single message. The number of recipients per day (rolling 24 hours) per user is 10.000. But I can see that a limit was applied to your account a long time ago for violating the terms of service. Back then you should have received a notification for this with instructions on your personal health dashboard.
This might no longer be available so I suggest that you reach out via support to remove the limit.
Kind regards, Robin
Can you tell me the max of emails that i can send per day by workmail?
500 (this is a hard quota and can't be changed) you can get more information about in Message Quotas
and how can i remove this limitation of sending mail. thank you for helping. best regards.
This is a strict limitation, so if you need to send more emails, you'll have to explore alternative services like Amazon SES. With Amazon SES, you can initially send up to 200 emails within a 24-hour period, and this limit can be customized to suit your requirements. For more information on SES quotas and email sending limits, you can refer to the documentation provided here: SES quotas.
its helpfull , thank you for the answer ;)
