RDS Admin Account

Hi

Is there a difference between the oracle RDS admin master account that is created with the RDS and another oracle DBA account created using SQL after the RDS is created in terms of features, capabilities or permissions?

Can the export/import of data from/into RDS be done using either account? Is there some things that can only be done using the RDS master account such as modifying the RDS settings, etc.?

    Does this mean that initially a new DBA account will not have same permissions as RDS master user account but it can be granted some roles to make both accounts with same powerful permissions?
