TXT record not propagating

Question

Trying to setup a TXT record in Route 53 for Rackspace DKIM.

In the Route 53 console, the record appears to be entered properly (it is accepted by the console, the content is less than 255 characters):

20240128-5jz7xssx._domainkey.avoptions.com  TXT  Simple "v=DKIM1;k=rsa;p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQC0HYOIheAX0c5zMrirQ+PwBLQdGfpMcHk5XRJtD8m+Oo3pd5tPdo27SzQiLo9LH3vzH7twp4V9XQ86UNYHhM7nELeRMpIChcT1fWdyE7NbeADGcmSPu4IEQk2RGTUimRbRRm/D52ako+t8CgKIiqFpdxAaYn3JSByOjh5g0KPohQIDAQAB"

This record does not appear to be propagating, checking:

dig TXT 20240128-5jz7xssx._domainkey.avoptions.com

returns:

avoptions.com.		30	IN	SOA	ns-1458.awsdns-54.org. awsdns-hostmaster.amazon.com. 1 7200 900 1209600 86400

Please check following NS records are sync with your HostedZone which contains the TXT record. If you find that the NS record of Hostedzone is different from the one below, it means that your domain name is hosted by another Hostedzone, which may be in the same account or another account.
