Workdocs notification email address

My status in workdocs is set to Admin. I have been trying to change the notification email address in Workdocs in the admin console to my own, after the previous admin left. and it advises "an error occurred while updating email notification settings. Please try again". It doesn't want to accept any email address I submit.

Hello! In order to better assist you, please collect a HAR log [1]. As this might be sensitive information, please open a new support case and provide us this log as well as the WorkDocs site name and we can investigate further.
