Our website is down (and so is our app connected to it)

Hi! Can you help us? Our website: https://admin.bringme.cc has been down for a few hours now.

You can access the site, but once we login with our account, it will just load for a long time.

We're not sure what the problem is as we are not tech savvy and our developer hasn't been responding. This site is where we monitor our delivery orders and it is actually connected to our app. Hope you could assist us.
