Our request in SES Production access was denied twice.

Our childcare center provide all the information in case(9505628341), but we still can't get out of the Sandbox. We verified our Domain in SES console, we bought business plan and met all requirements. We hope for your help.

Hi,

I've had similar problems in the past. You need to: - Ensure you have a verified domain, I've typically ensure verification both with DKIM tokens (requiring CNAMES) and mail from verification (requiring MX and TXT records). These need to appear in the console before you submit your request ideally, as otherwise your request can get closed saying they're not verified (and it can take hours / days for the verify to happen). If the request is closed you can reopen it within a certain timeframe, if not open a new one.

On your request to exit sandbox you need to add answers to the following questions: - • Mail type – can be either TRANSACTIONAL or PROMOTIONAL. • Website-url – website url associated with the service / company sending the emails • Use case description – explain: - o What we use the SES email service for o How do you plan to build or acquire your mailing list? o How do you plan to handle bounces and complaints? o How can recipients opt out of receiving email from you?
o How did you choose the sending rate or sending quota that you specified in this request? • Contact email – up to 4 email addresses to received emails from AWS about this account in future (i.e. not just the request but through life) • Contact language – only English or Japanese was supported last time I submitted one
