Reschedule aws exam after exam proctor revoke

I scheduled my AWS Exam on ‎Thursday, May 30, 2024‎ but due to a slight Name Mismatch Online Proctor asked to reschedule the Exam after Correct Name is updated. He said I can reschedule the exam without paying for the exam again. But now AWS and Pearson asking me to pay and schedule the exam again, Have anyone got rescheduled the exam without paying?
