Hello.
The free tier for each AWS service is independent.
For example, even if you use the RDS free tier to its limit for the month, it will not affect the EC2 free tier.
In the case of EC2, the instance type "t2.micro" is set as a free tier with 750 hours of startup per month.
I don't think you will be charged if you still have the free tier of EC2.
