Language setting in AWS

How come my language setting(top-right of the screen - Settings - Localization and default Region - Language) is already English, but I still see contents in other languages on many of the pages? Does anyone know how I should change it? Thanks!

You can find the settings from the link here https://eu-central-1.console.aws.amazon.com/settings/home?region=eu-central-1#/
- try clear cache of the browser or try in another browser
