AWS S3 bucket cant delete bucket Access is in Error

i can't delete my bucket it's in Access type Error , attach image.
I have access of the admin user

Try to delete the bucket as a root user, please see: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/s3-accidentally-denied-access
