domain/ip blacklist affecting email dispatch

I uses dnschecker.org to find out my ip & domain is blacklisted by dnsbl.spfbl.net which is likely to affect my email send to spam folder. Any solution for it? Or can I ask AWS to assign a "clean" ip# to my EC2 server? THANKS FOR YOUR GUIDANCE/HELP

Have you considered using Amazon Simple Email Service? You will need to pass the requirements for going live, as well as maintain the unsubscribe and spam report notifications to stay active with the service.
