How to get support when Route 53 DNS not resolving

0

Route 53 DNS is not resolving. Health checks all return good, SOA servers are accurate to registration, it's been 48 hours -- but nothing is working via external DNS checkers, dig etc, . So how do you get customer support? Currently it says I must purchase a $29/month plan when all indications are it should be working.

Hello.

Can you check NS records with "whois"?
After checking, check if the NS record matches what is registered in the Route53 hosted zone.
If they do not match, please modify the NS record registered in Route53.

If you have a problem with Route53 domain registration, I think you can contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and Billing".
Inquiries via "Account and Billing" can be made free of charge.
