My carddemo-karla application (Frankfurt) is not being accessible online

I´m executing the Workshop Blu Age Refactor L3, I did all the steps and I started my application carddemo-karla, in Frankfurt region, but I can´t access online:

This is probably a network configuration issue: VPC or security group as the site is unreachable.
