Hi,

Does your site URL follow the guidance of the documentation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/bedrock/latest/userguide/sharepoint-data-source-connector.html

In SharePoint, make sure you:

Take note of your SharePoint Online site URL/URLs. For example, https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com/sites/mysite.
Your URL must start with https and contain sharepoint.com. Your site URL must be the actual SharePoint site,
not sharepoint.com/ or sites/mysite/home.aspx

Take note of the domain name of your SharePoint Online instance URL/URLs.

Best,

Didier

I also am experiencing the same issue! The above answer is the same exact instructions as given in the console. Some additional support would be very helpful!

  • Hi I found the issue looks like aws bedrock SharePoint connector support new SharePoint site domain structure. Migrate or copy your data in 365 to new SharePoint site AWS would mention it in their documentation
