ssh to my machine

I get error after ssh -i .ssh/keyPem.pem ubuntu@myEC2machine Permission denied (publickey) I have the both keys , public and private , I have a secutity group and I allow port 22 but it still not working .I got lost what to do and need help. Thanks , Boris Fain

It has been done but doesn't help
