Lightsail Wordpress Elementor Library not connected. Error "cURL error 28: Operation timed out"

Hello folks, sorry for asking a dummy question.

I created a Wordpress website hosted by Lightsail.  The problem is the system cannot connect Elementor's library.  The plugin works OK, but it could not show nor I can use Elementor's sample templates.

System info shows "cURL error 28: Operation timed out...." issue.  Wordpress memory limit is 256M; PHP memory limit is 512M.

Elementor's technical support said I should "Ask your hosting provider to increase the cURL timeout or to whitelist http://elementor.com and my.elementor.com addresses."

May I ask how?

I think you mean to allow communication to "http://elementor.com" in the firewall of the Lightsail OS.  
If your OS uses firewalld, just allow http and https.
