Limitation in AD connector features in UAE region

Kindly be informed that I created the Ad connector successfully in Active state in UAE region. However, it seems that some essential features do not available such as (Enable AWS management Console) and the screen AWS (apps& services) and the screen of (Delegate console access). On the other hand, I implemented the AD connector previously in Frankfort region and Ohio region and all of these features were available and working fine there.

Can you please confirm please that is issue because of a limitation in the UAE region limitation, so I can move forward with another region.
