Semantic Segmentation - Imbalance dataset

Semantic Segmentation currently does not support it out of the box. However, I am happy to open up a feature request on your behalf to provide customers a way to use custom metrics such as custom loss function, or being able to adjust weights if needed. Additionally, I would like to inform you that you can bring your own model and customise it according to your use-case.

Regardless, we would like to thank you for making your needs known to us. You are making AWS better for all of our customers.
