Can RDS access file shares/fsx shares?

Can RDS (sql server) access file shares/fsx shares? i need to host files to be ingested to rds databases in/out via file shares. i wanted to know if this is possible? if so, what needs to be done?

Amazon RDS for SQL Server does not support access to file shares / FSx shares.

Depending on file types, the only possible integration that I'm aware of is S3 integration, where you can transfer files between and S3 bucket and a local folder on the instance.
