Are you using an RDS Aurora Serverless v1 by any chance?

Hello

As described in [this workaround](https://repost.aws/questions/QUH9WSQIV7Q026ODqYS7p2HQ/rds-data-source-validation-timeout-in-amazon-quicksight), I created a vpc connection and verified ssl. 

When I try adding a rds postgres 14.x data source, I noticed that the connection is not consistent. I can sometimes see the schemas inside the db and sometimes not. My connection is dropped after a very short while.  If I manage to connect, the data never loads etc. How can I create a consistent and stable Quicksight connection considering all my production databases are using postgres 14.x?
