AWS Free Tier section in Billing Dashboard is empty.

Was trying to access the Free Tier usage page like always to track my usage, but now it just shows: Summary: (0) and no listed services. Note: I have been using my account for more than two months or so and opened this page before. I cleared cookies and cache but no luck. Tried a different browser and icognito as well. The billing console takes 24 - 48 hours to get populated. This issue can either be due to the delay in update of the Billing console or there are no resources being used at the moment.

Can you please check the bills section and see if that has been populated with the entries of the active service? If yes, what are the active services?

  • Ok. So it's solved! The free tier section was empty since the bill was being issued. I may have not been clear in my question. I did use multiple resources and the bills section was indeed populated with entries. However, it seems that the free tier section is emptied when the bill is being issued. It is now back to normal with the usage metrics available.
