Cannot create a workspace in Amazon Grafana

Hi all, Now I want to visualize my data (voltage, current) from an IoT device using Amazon Grafana with Timestream database. However, when I create a workspace, an error occurs as below: "Your account is not allowed to perform the requested action. Please reach out to AWS support." How can I overcome this issue? Thank you for your support in advance.
