SES - Email in suppression list.

In SES while sending email, I am getting failed status due to email id in suppression list. When looking at suppression list, the email is not there. Tried to delete email from suppression list using cli (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/sesv2/delete-suppressed-destination.html), It gives NotFoundException.

What to do?

From the documentation: If an address is on the global suppression list, but not on your account level suppression list (which means you want to send to it), and you do send to it, SES will still attempt delivery; however, if it bounces, it still counts toward the bounce rate for your account and toward your daily sending quota.
