Connecting Amazon Connect with Salesforce

0

I am trying to connect Amazon Connect to Salesforce, but when I am in Salesforce and I click the CCP button in the softphone to log into Amazon Connect, i get this error

Access Error This application has not been enabled for your directory. Please contact your Administrator for more details.

I think this is to do with the approved Origins in my Amazon Connect instance, but I have triple checked them , following the steps as described on page 14 here https://connect-blogs.s3.amazonaws.com/Amazon+Connect+Salesforce+CTI+Adapter/lightning-5.4.pdf

The approved origins I have entered are: https://creative-narwhal-94hl69-dev-ed--amazonconnect.visualforce.com https://creative-narwhal-94hl69-dev-ed.lightning.force.com

Can anyone help? Tearing my hair out

Your approved origins look ok, mine (with an edited url) are...

https://myinstancename-dev-ed.lightning.force.com
https://myinstancename-dev-ed--amazonconnect.visualforce.com

I suspect there is an issue in the setup in salesforce In the AC CTI Adapters - ACLightningAdapter screen is the Amazon Connect Instance set to the correct url for your Connect instance?

Also, you seem to be using some old documentation, I'd use the documentation here and maybe start again? T

https://amazon-connect.github.io/amazon-connect-salesforce-cti/docs/lightning/installation/01-installation

ook me a couple of attempts to get it working the first time, having never touched salesforce before :)
