Cannot save new version upon editing an Amazon Document

I just wanted to ask, what is the error in this one. I am editing an Amazon document using Companion App, it shows an excel where I can put the changes. I saved it, then close the excel file and refresh the amazon docs, but it did not capture a new version that shows the changes. Can someone help me with this?
