No option to add, delete or updated profiles on AWS Client VPN

1

I'm having a problem adding and/or deleting profiles on AWS Client VPN.I'm using macOs Sequoia 15.0. I had the option to add or delete a profile when I was adding my first profile and second together before connecting to use either. After testing out the profiles there is no option to add or update existing profiles. I've tried uninstalling the app but upon installation the previous two profiles are already present. How can I go about it or how can I fully uninstall together with the two profiles. There is no option to add profile; Enter image description here

Here are my app permissions Enter image description here

I would recommend opening a support ticket to learn if there are know issues with MacOS Sequoia 15.0. Currently it is not listed as being supported.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpn/latest/clientvpn-user/client-vpn-connect-macos.html

Requirements

To use the AWS provided client for macOS, the following is required:

  • macOS Monterey (12.0), Ventura (13.0), or Sonoma (14.0).
  • x86_64 processor compatible.
  • The client reserves TCP port 8096 on your computer.
  • For Client VPN endpoints that use SAML-based federated authentication (single sign-on), the client reserves TCP port 35001.

Hope this helps.

  • It helps, is there a way I can delete the entire AWS profile including the existing profiles so that I can get to add them again?
