Mount Azure files with AWS Appstream

You can consider using session scripts to mount a file share from Azure Files. Within the script (e.g., PowerShell script), you can use a function like New-PSDrive. Also, make sure that your AppStream fleet instance has access to the file system (both network and credentials level).
