Hi,
By default port 25 outbound email messages are blocked on AWS EC2 and Lightsail instances.
Please follow instructions here - https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-configuring-reverse-dns to have those restrictions removed

You need to submit a request to AWS to remove the Port 25 restriction, Here is the request form - https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/contacts#/rdns-limits
