Hello.
As described in the following document, when setting up Continuous backups, please use a single backup plan.
I don't think it is possible to set up Continuous backups with multiple backup plans.

Continuous backups allow you to restore to any point in time within the last 35 days. Continuous backups for an S3 bucket should only be configured in one backup plan.
