Wrong mime-type on S3 for m3u8 manifests

From HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) Authoring Specification for Apple Devices (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/http_live_streaming/http_live_streaming_hls_authoring_specification_for_apple_devices), section 10.4 recommended mime type is application/vnd.apple.mpegurl The problem is that Medialive is outputting deprecated application/x-mpegurl to S3 without letting us change that. When outputting to the AWS CN region, we cannot change this content type either on Cloudfront "You don't have permission to get metadata," as it seems only the original owner can do. From my understanding, the original owner is Medialive What would be the process to get the correct content type for HLS output from Medialive on S3?
