I am currently using rds-combined-ca-bundle.pem to connect to aws DocumentDB

The pem file was downloaded from a link on this page https://docs.aws.amazon.com/documentdb/latest/developerguide/ca_cert_rotation.html

This cert is showing as expiring on Jun 1 12:00:00 2022 GMT

When and where can I get the next certificate?

Hello. The .pem file contains multiple CA certificates for each region, as Amazon DocumentDB shares the same CA with Amazon RDS. The certificate that expires in 2022 is for the ap-east-1 region, where Amazon DocumentDB is not available. All the other certificates expire in 2024, the connectivity to your DocumentDB cluster will not be affected by that particular certificate.
