Stack stuck on UPDATE_ROLLBACK_IN_PROGRESS status

Hi,

I currently have a stack with a UPDATE_ROLLBACK_IN_PROGRESS.

The stack id is:
arn:aws:cloudformation:ap-southeast-2:789907291645:stack/dev-sp-stream-collector/d59220b0-122e-11e9-83d5-02056cb1c02c

with a nested stack id of:
arn:aws:cloudformation:ap-southeast-2:789907291645:stack/dev-sp-stream-collector-ServiceScalaStreamCollector-LW54CI0S7BEG/ffa4d960-122e-11e9-bc34-028d024c9854

I would like to have their status unblocked so they could be deleted.

Although it took longer than expected, the stack eventually was marked as UPDATE_ROLLBACK_FAILED.
