Trying to update my address, but getting "Phone number is not valid.." Error Message

I'm just trying to update my address for my AWS account; I'm not trying to update my phone number associated with the account. But, when I try to update the address, I get the following error message: "Phone number is not valid.."

Any help would be appreciated.
