Issue report: Variable $script_dir is not set before it's used

When I run $VITIS_DIR/tools/create_vitis_afi.sh, it prints an error "grep: /hdk/hdk_version.txt: No such file or directory".

Looks like the issue is that the "script_dir" variable in shared/bin/set_common_env_vars.sh is not set before it is used. Therefore HDK_DIR environment is set to wrong value.
