I can not login

Hello, I'm trying to login as root using my email but when I try it gives this ""Invalid request There is something wrong with your request. Clear cookies, check the request and try again. If the problem persists, contact AWS Support."" and when I try to login by username it asks for an ID that was not sent to me, so I can't login to Root.
