My sms pinpoint sms sending is successfully but i can't get any sms message

The picture said my SMS was successfully delivered, but I can't receive any messages. I used all permission AccessKeyID. so I don't think that it is a permission problem. but, when I send a test message using a pinpoint console. it was working.

I used AWSSDK.Pinpoint 3.7.300.37
