Lorawan Fuota Task error message - wrong time

0

Once the device has joined the network, we create a multicast group that FUOTA will target. For our tests, we're adding just a device in the group. When the Multicast Setup is ready, we schedule the FUOTA task. Here, we're getting issues on the Start date (i.e. "The date entered must be greater than or equal to the current calendar date and no greater than 48 hour"). We are using the "calendar" control present on the web page, and we are scheduling it for at least 30 minutes into the future. It seems related to international datetime settings

Hi OroN. The dialog says the time is in UTC but this is incorrect. It's local time. Per the screenshot below, it was 17:28 where I am when I captured it. If I change the scheduled time from 17:57 to 17:59, it works.

  • Thank you Greb, for your quick reply. I've added more details on this thread

  • Hi OroN. Does the dialog accept any date or time from you? If so, can you identify a pattern or time range?

  • Hi Greg_B, we just select the day on calendar control, nothing more.

  • OK. I do the same and don't have a problem. Can you please try some different dates and times (forward and back) to see if it will let you select any without error? What browser and OS do you use?

  • Thanks Greg_B. We tryied with different dates and different browsers (Edge, Chrome), with no luck. We are using Win 10 Enterprise 22h2
