CloudFront Testing - 403 ERROR

Hi,

I am testing CloudFront for a new project.

I have set up a Distributions <distribution_name> with domain name <domain_identifier>.cloudfront.net (for origin name domain.com.au), which I have mapped to cdn.domain.com.au in the Route53 DNS mapping.

However, when accessing the <domain_identifier>.cloudfront.net, it works correctly, but not when accessing it through cdn.domain.com.au. When accessing cdn.domain.com.au, it gives a "403 ERROR".

Please tell me where this is going wrong.

Have you set the alternate domain name (CNAME) for your distribution to cdn.domain.com.au and added a SSL certificate? If not this can cause the 403.
