i was not able to use my account

I was getting error as not a valid recognized account while launching instance.it was occuring from pas one hour. can u please look into this issue as soon as possible?

it is possible that your account is limited to use certain region only as free tiers ( mainly US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon)) You can validate by trying to create the EC2 in those regions. if you need more regions, you will have to contact aws-verification@amazon.com and explain why you need other regions.
