Hi,

If you create a new account with a new email (new or same card), you will be considered as new customer, eligible for EC2 free tier, e which includes:

  • 750h of t2.micro or t3.micro in regions where t2 is not available
  • 30gb of EBS storage
  • 2 millions IOs
  • 1 gb of snapshots
  • 100gb of bandwidth to the internet.

This is not against policies.

If you ll be using the current account, your free tier is likely expired for some services (the ones lasting 12 months), while others are free forever regardless https://aws.amazon.com/free/free-tier-faqs/.

Hope it helps;)
