AWS Lightsail - Migrate from Virginia to Paris

Hi,

when we try to migrate our instance from Virginia to Paris, we have the following erros:

Error CreateInstancesFromSnapshot[eu-west-3] The Amazon Linux blueprint amazon_linux_2016_09_0 is not available in eu-west-3 InvalidParams
