Hello.
EC2 does not stop even if you use up the free tier.
However, you will have to pay any charges beyond the free tier.
Please note that AWS may suspend your use if your payment is delayed.

If I go over the Free Tier limit in a given month, how much will I have to pay?
If your usage exceeds the monthly free tier limits, you simply pay standard, pay-as-you-go AWS service rates. See the AWS Pricing page for full pricing details.

Well, for some reason, I can't utilize my instance.
No settings have changed, yet I cannot remotely log in to my instance.
Also, even though it shows a balance, it will not let me pay it.
