¿How much takes the process to get out of SES sandbox?

I've been waiting 1 week from I done the request to get into production in SES, but I've not get an answer yet. I would like to know if it is a procees that take time or I'm missing something.

Hello.

Typically, the process to move from the SES sandbox to production does not take very long. It can be as quick as a few hours, but sometimes it might take several days.
