Move certifications to other account

Question

I have a certificate "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate", I change from work, and need to move  my own certificate  to  a new account.
I have  sended  mail (3 times) to  https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training, asking  to move  my ciertificate, but  any response until  now.
Any suggestion ?

The team typically takes 3-5 business days to get back to you and I have changed my business emails twice and have had those resolved using the same process. Please ensure you are using the correct contact details for previous email and new email that needs to be added into. They will send you an email with any clarifications or confirmation for some changes - check your junk folders to ensure they are not moved into those folders by your email provider.

Nothing in Junk mail.
I has sended 3 email with details from change (old company, new company, personal email etc).  first mail  has  more that 1 month,
and don't have any response  from  aws training support.
