I am user unable to access the Instance

Hi We added I AM users using Elastic BeanStalk with Full EC2Access but they are unable to see the running instances. What are we missing? Also they could create an instance, but I as a root user do not see it. Why is this? Please help.

If there are EC2 instances running that you can't see in the console as root, you're probably looking at the wrong Region.

    Thanks, that's very useful. Will try and check this, we are in different timezones so this could definitely be the issue.
